But when you activate an SD card using a device, the inserted SD card gets locked with the current device. When you de-activate your SD card, we will sync your complete data with our servers available in the cloud. Next time, when you activate the same SD card with any other device, during the process of activation, we download your data from the servers and set up again. We have so far published the study material for classes 6th and 7th. Currently our team is working overtime to come up with the study material of class 8th which will be available by the end of October 2019. Thereafter, we have a target of completing the materials of classes 9th and 10th by December 2019. We are also planning to launch study materials for Engineering and Medical syllabi in the first half of 2021.
Your subscription will be valid for 365 days from the date of activation. If you still need an extension, you can contact our customer support for a further extension. Our Customer support team is available from Monday to Saturday 9 AM to 9 PM IST, except on Public holidays.
Once your subscription time is completed, your access to the data will be seized. Once you buy a re-activation code for further extension of time, we will download your data from the servers and make it available for you again. You can happily continue using your old data.

We suggest you to contact our Customer Support team immediately. In the event of loss or damage to your device, we charge a meagre amount of Rs. 1000 to issue a new SD card and ship it to your registered postal address. Before issuing the new SD card, your lost or damaged SD card will be de-activated.
